About the Institute

The Institute for Coherence and Regulation is an educational organization focused on the science and practice of human nervous system regulation. Our curriculum draws from coherence-based frameworks, energy work traditions, and emerging research in psychophysiology and self-regulation.

We offer structured education for personal learners, practitioners in development, and professionals seeking credential-bearing programs. Our approach is grounded, evidence-informed, and designed to be practically applicable.
