CREDIT CARD RESERVATION POLICY

In order to secure your spot for your appointment we require a credit card on file. When booking the appointment, you are agreeing to our Reschedule & Cancellation Fee Schedule Policy and to our Late Policy. Prepayment is required for all new clients at the time of booking.

RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE POLICY

24 hours notice is required to cancel & reschedule appointments.

Rescheduling Same Day: 100% Charge of Service Price

Cancellation Same Day & No Call/No Show: 100% Charge of Service Price

*After two consecutive same day cancellations/no-shows, you will be required to pre-pay for future appointments. More than three no-shows and we will not accept your appointments anymore. *

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be required to reschedule and a fee may apply. Your time as well as Reiki-Rife’s time is valuable. If you do arrive 15 minutes late, also keep in mind that your time will be shortened, and you will still be responsible for the payment of a full service.
